Dirigo Solar recently purchased 9.3± acres of land from Joan E. Larson Living Trust at 740 County Road.  Thomas Dunham, SIOR from The Dunham Group and Shawn Gagnon from Terra Nova Realty brokered the sale.

Portland Distilling recently leased 3,400± SF of industrial space from DC Walton, LLC at 135 Walton Street.  Sylas Hatch and TC Haffenreffer from The Dunham Group and Sasha Bogdanovics from Boulos brokered the lease.
